Submitting a rental application through our website does not guarantee tenancy. All applications are assessed at our sole discretion, subject to applicable anti-discrimination laws. By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate rejection of your application or termination of any tenancy agreement.
Application data is stored in your browser's local storage as a draft and submitted to us only when you click the final submit button. You are responsible for ensuring your device is secure while drafting an application.
5. Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests submitted through our website are received during business hours and triaged according to priority. Submitting a maintenance request does not constitute confirmation that work will be carried out by any particular time. Emergency maintenance should also be reported by phone on 1800 955 180.
