Is the price the same in every region?

Yes. The management fee is $39 per week plus GST, or 5.5% of weekly rent, whichever is lower, regardless of which region your property is in. The same fee applies whether your property is in Chermside, Redcliffe, Wellington Point, or Ipswich. There are no location-based surcharges and no additional travel fees.

My suburb isn't listed. Can you still manage my property?

Possibly. The suburbs listed on this page are not exhaustive. Our coverage continues to grow and we manage properties in many suburbs not specifically named here. The best approach is to call us on 1800 955 180 or send your enquiry and we will confirm coverage within one business day.

Do you manage properties outside greater Brisbane?

Our current regions cover Brisbane North, South, East, and West, Moreton Bay, and Ipswich. We do not currently manage properties on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. If you have a property in an area you're not sure about, contact us and we will give you a straight answer.

I have properties in multiple regions. Can Housit manage them all?

Yes. If your portfolio spans multiple regions we cover, we can manage all of them. Each property is managed under its own agreement at the standard pricing structure. Contact us to discuss your portfolio and we will walk you through how it works in practice.

Is local market knowledge included in your service?

Yes. When we conduct your annual rent review, we assess your property against current rental comparables in your specific suburb and region. We understand that rental market conditions vary significantly across South East Queensland and we factor in local demand, vacancy rates, and recent comparable leasing activity when making rent review recommendations.
