We’re a lean, Brisbane-based team. No corporate politics. No call centre. Just people who care about doing property management properly.
You’ll manage a portfolio end-to-end and see the direct impact of your work on owners and tenants. No passing the buck — just genuine accountability and genuine credit.
We operate by the same standards we hold ourselves to with clients. Clear expectations, open feedback, and no silence when something needs to be said.
Housit is expanding across Brisbane. Early team members grow with the business, taking on more responsibility and leadership as new regions open.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We believe great property managers need balance. No unnecessary weekend obligations and no culture of being seen rather than productive.
You’ll work across a defined set of Brisbane regions with genuine local knowledge — not a sprawling portfolio spread across three states where nobody knows their territory.
We treat tenants like people and owners like partners. You won’t be asked to ignore maintenance, fudge inspection reports, or defend decisions that can’t be defended.
